The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. The role involves managing housekeeping staff, training, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and equipment.
• Experience with managing staff and performing quality control tasks.
• High level of attention to ensure rooms and facilities meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and carrying up to 25-30 lbs, bending, stretching, and standing for long periods.
• Ability to work in varying environments (indoor and outdoor) and handle cleaning products and equipment safely.
