Duties & Responsibilities:

• Advise on beauty products suited to customers' colouring and skin type.
• Body care/treatments.
• Facials/Waxing.
• Manicures/Pedicures.
• Skin care/Skin peels.
• Eyebrow tinting.
• Relaxation massage.
• Perform cashiering duties.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Refer clients with unusual skin conditions to physicians.

Employment Requirements:

• Completion of high school, college or beauty school programs for estheticians is required or on-the-job training is provided.
• Estheticians usually require certification from an esthetician's educational or training institution.
• Practitioners offering these personal services are required to adhere to infection control procedures.
