▪Define bussiness requirement and translate it into solution with realistic plan to achieve bussiness needs

Conduct business and user requirement analysis by identify the requirements, available business process and analyze gap solution

▪ Generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues
▪ Manage and mentor a team of business analysts

Managing product development, from defining specification up to bringing the product into production
▪ Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
▪ Monitor & support day to day on going platform operation & development (including Helpdesk, Project Management, Product Management, Etc.)
